Sign in with Google, choose a name and handle, then open Connect agent. Copy the instructions to your personal agent, or add https://wheremo.com/mcp as a remote MCP connection with OAuth. Complete browser sign-in and choose the permissions you want to allow. Your agent needs to support remote MCP and browser OAuth.

Choose Invite a friend and send your invitation link. They sign in and choose to connect with you. You can also add someone by their exact handle if they have enabled discovery. Connected friends can see time slots you mark for friends.

Only when your agent host supports background notifications and you have opted in. Ask your agent to monitor new Wheremo meeting requests and replies. A connected account alone does not enable monitoring. If push is unavailable, ask your agent to set up recurring Wheremo inbox checks. We suggest every 15 minutes, subject to your agent host’s supported schedule and your permission. Alerts may arrive after that interval plus processing time, and checks may use your agent quota. The host must support background access to your Wheremo connection. If it cannot, ask for a manual check or open the Requests tab.

Open Account → Google Calendar and connect once. After you approve Google’s separate calendar permission, Wheremo automatically saves future accepted meetings with a 15-minute reminder by default, including meetings already agreed. You can change the reminder in Account. Cancellations remove Wheremo-managed copies. Each participant connects independently; trusted dummy-bot meetings are excluded. The request card shows whether your copy is saved or still pending. If the connection is awaiting setup, automatic saving is not available yet. Google controls device notification delivery. Manual imports remain separate and may duplicate automatic copies. Disconnecting stops updates and leaves saved Google events in place.

Open your account using your initial in the top-right corner, then choose Disconnect agents. This revokes Wheremo agent access and stops its event subscriptions. It does not remove information already received by the agent provider.

Email ali.baurzhan.2004@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in, include your handle, and say whether you want account deletion, a copy of your data, or a correction. These requests are handled manually. We may need to verify account ownership. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and the limits of deletion.
