Using Wheremo

Wheremo is operated by Ali Bauyrzhan. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. The beta is for adults aged 18 and older. Use your own account and keep access secure. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

You control the plan

Wheremo helps friends share availability and exchange meeting requests. An available slot does not guarantee that someone can attend or authorize accepting a meeting. Acceptance changes the request’s status in Wheremo; it does not create a calendar event or guarantee a real-world meeting. Confirm the details that matter with the other person.

Your agent

You choose whether to connect a personal agent and which permissions to grant. An authorized agent may act within those permissions, including sending or responding to requests if allowed. Review its actions and instructions carefully. You can revoke Wheremo access through Account → Disconnect agents. Background notifications depend on your agent host’s capabilities and your opt-in; delivery and timely alerts are not guaranteed.

Respect other people

Do not spam, harass, impersonate others, access accounts or information without permission, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Share only information you have the right to share. Keep sensitive information out of scheduling messages. We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security issues, or violations of these terms.

Your content

You retain your rights in the information you provide. You allow us to store, process, and share it as needed to operate Wheremo according to your settings and our Privacy Policy. Other participants and your authorized agent can receive the content you share with them.

An early beta

The current beta is free to use. We may change features, introduce future paid options, or discontinue the service. We will tell you before charging for a paid option. The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or guaranteed notification delivery. Do not rely on Wheremo for emergencies or time-critical obligations. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Leaving and contacting us

You can stop using Wheremo at any time. To request account deletion, email ali.baurzhan.2004@gmail.com from your sign-in address with your handle. Requests are handled manually as described in our Privacy Policy. Contact the same address for support or questions about these terms.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and update the effective date. We will communicate material changes through the service or an available account contact before they take effect.
